At the very end of checkout in the NOTES section below the submit button, please enter:

1. Child's name
2. Child's teacher (LS) or advisor (MS/US)
3. Child's campus (WH, PVB, SJ or Bartram)

This is our only way to identify who will receive the shirts.

The shirts will be delivered during the week of Homecoming. 

If you have children on multiple campuses, please specify just one location and all shirts will be delivered there.
