Any merchandise return or exchange is due within 30 days of purchase. The merchandise has to be in it's original state. New condition, tags attached with a copy of the receipt. All website returns need to be returned to the San Jose location. The refund will be given in the original form of payment.
Shipping Policy
We ship ALL packages UPS Ground in the US ONLY. You also have the option to pick up orders at either of our 2 locations for FREE. Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on the weight of your package. Standard shipping rates will apply to all shipped orders. We do not issue return shipping labels.
